Chocolate Care Guide:

• Storage: Keep chocolates in a cool, dry place, ideally at a temperature of 15°C to 20°C (59°F to 68°F). Avoid direct sunlight and heat, as they can cause the chocolate to melt.
• Avoid Refrigeration: Only refrigerate chocolates if necessary, as condensation can affect their texture. Allow refrigerated chocolates to reach room temperature before serving.
• Serving: Enjoy chocolates at room temperature to fully appreciate their flavor and texture.

Delivery Details:

• Delivery Method: All teddy bears and chocolates are hand-delivered to maintain their quality and freshness. Courier services are not used for these items.
• Delivery Timing: Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location in the UAE. While we strive to deliver within the selected time frame, minor delays might occur.
• Single Delivery Attempt: As chocolates are perishable and teddy bears require careful handling, only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Re-delivery charges will apply if necessary.
• No Address Changes: Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. Double-check the details before placing your order.
• Product Substitutions: If specific chocolates or teddy bears are unavailable, substitutions may be made with items of equal or higher quality. We will inform you prior to any substitutions.
